Please note that CAVIAR Social has a strict NO REFUND policy, due to the nature of digital marketing, high-ticket services, and previous high-risk payments.
If you are looking for a marketing agency that provides refunds, we suggest you choose another company.

REFUNDS

1.0 CAVIAR Social has a strict NO REFUND policy, also stated in our Terms and Conditions.

1.1 There are no refunds after payments are sent, regardless of invoicing, subscription (reoccurring payments), or a digital service/product on our store.

1.2 By placing any order or payment with CAVIAR Social, you agree that you will not charge-back payments or ask for your money back.

1.3 Marketing services will begin at the earliest time possible and will closely resemble the description. There are no guarantees or refunds for outcomes of marketing services.

1.4 There are especially no refunds after work has been started or finished.

1.5 If chargebacks are received, you maybe be liable for damages for breaching the refund policy and terms of conditions.


SUBSCRIPTIONS / REACCURING PAYMENTS

2.0 There are no refunds for reoccurring payments, please give more than 48 hours of notice to cancel a subscription.

2.1 There are no refunds if you forgot to cancel a subscription, we will continue the package and cancel your subscription for the subsequent months.

 

EXCEPTIONS  

3.0 There may be exceptions where we can grant an exchange or alteration to the service.
