You understand and agree that there will be no refunds of any credit card payments or guarantees of any predicted outcomes and that the pr/media consulting fees set forth herein have been fully earned upon receipt thereof. Should you decide to terminate this agreement prior to its contemplated completion, no refunds will be issued as the consulting fee was fully earned upon payment thereof.
CAVIAR Social reserves the unconditional right to terminate a member’s subscription or services, without refund, for abusive, threatening, and/or harassing behavior directed at any member of CAVIAR Social including but not limited to its President and CEO. By becoming a client of CAVIAR Social, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this policy as enumerated herein.
2. General Services / Engagement Management
By placing an order with CAVIAR Social, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.

There are no refunds, due to the nature of the business and digital marketing, after your order.

CAVIAR Social rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes. CAVIAR Social does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and CAVIAR Social will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
CAVIAR Social will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
CAVIAR Social is not liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media.
CAVIAR Social will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your “Appearance” only.
We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
The quality and organic quality depends on the supplier’s accounts during the time of order.
You will not upload anything into the CAVIAR Social site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.
Private accounts would not get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.

The duration starts once we set up accounts and begin the engagement. You accept the services provided and accept that they may change at any time for better or for worse; due to the nature of digital marketing. There are no refunds after work has been started. North Solutions, CAVIAR Social, and all respective owners are not responsible for any damages to accounts, brands, or companies. All posts are done month-to-month basis. By filling this form you release North Solutions and all members from any responsibility for your business, including your accounts, in any case, termination, copyright laws, or any other issues related to your brand or business.
